Hackers from the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and military intelligence agency, GRU, conducted a lengthy espionage campaign targeting Hungary’s foreign ministry networks. The initial infection was delivered via attachments in phishing emails and spread through the internal network, compromising more than 150 sites of more than 90 Hungarian foreign missions.
