Flax Typhoon is a Chinese threat actor detected operating on the networks of Taiwanese organizations. Flax Typhoon is notable both for using living-off-the-land techniques to establish persistent access to various Taiwanese organizations’ networks and because it appears to only establish persistent access to a network, rather than inflicting damage or stealing information.
